What's your reason to wait until New Years to make a change in your life???? If want to change bad enough why not do it now???
From what I have seen many people who make new year resolutions usually only stick to them for a few months. Every year becomes a cycle of making change in the beginning but sliding back after a few months. Although everyone is not the same, when people commit to a lifestyle change at a later point in the year they are more likely to stick with it.
So whats holding you back from losing weight or taking steps to embrace the skin you're in??? I fall into the resolution trap from time to time and I find that your mind has to be in the right place before a true change will happen.
For those going through the cycle of not sticking to their resolutions needs to understand that a mental change is also needed. You must get your mind in the right place before you will be able to make and maintain change. I say it all the time but we must learn, understand and love our bodies before we make change. It will make it that much easier for you.
You do not have to wait until the next year to turn a new leaf. Everyday is an opportunity to make a change.
