A little Flower Power

If you would have bought me some pants with a print on them a few years ago, they would have collected dust in the closet. Now a days that's one of the first features I look for. It's amazing how with age and revolving trends that something that used be a big no no is now a big yes! I am guilty of wearing things now I wouldn't be caught dead in 5 years ago. ASOS is a great place for printed pants and I recently racked up on pants and the pants below are one of them. Since the pants are so busy, I kept everything else simple...

Syracuse weather is so bipolar its crazy. One day it's in the 50's and then the following day it is literally 0 with a negative wind chill. However we still have to be forever fabulous.

New Year...Great Beginnings

Happy New Year Ladies!!! I hope you all brought in 2014 as fabulous as always. I am super excited for 2014. I have so many things in the works and I can't wait to share it with you guys. The first thing is that I am starting a Size Fabulous Fit & Healthy Blog. It should go live around the weekend. Next is that I will become a jewelry merchandiser. My jewelry boutique should also be live sometime this weekend. I have more coming but I will share it as it comes a little closer. Until then, here is my fist look of 2014!

I Am Giving Red Riding Hood Realness Today

I do not mind the cold weather (except for when it gets into the negatives), but I HATE the snow. I know hate is a strong word but I really live in the wrong area. I will move further south within the next couple of years. Anywhoo.... It snowed something terrible this past weekend so I knew it was time to pull out my big guy. What I love about this coat is the hood. The hood is so big it makes me feel like Little Red Riding Hood and I love it. Trekking through this snow is no joke and you have to be prepared and boy am I ready.

I have never been much of a scarf person unless it was winter time and I'm trying to keep warm. But they are starting to grow on me. I know I'm late, but better late than never right???? I will definitely have to stock up on these because they can transform any outfit.

A Little Oxblood and A Killer Side Bang

I felt some kind of way when I figured out my look today, kind of boho chic! I was nervous about these colors complimenting each other, but it works and I love it!!!!

I have a ton of tops and skirts I have not worn yet because I bought them so late into the summer and probably may not get to wear them as it is already getting really chilly...grrrrr. Today I wanted to have a little fun and pull out a this tank and since it is too cold to just wear it I added a blazer. That is how I still get to wear a lot of summer tops in fall. It's cold but not too cold and a blazer will not only allow you to wear things longer but it creates a new look. I think I was supposed to be born and live in the southern states because I despise very cold weather and snow. Until I make a move I'll just have fun playing around with ways to extend my wardrobe through the seasons.

Gearing Up for Fall

The weather has been consistently in the 70s lately and it feels great. I like this time of the year when I can wear long sleeves but don't have to wear a coat all day. The mornings are still usually cooler but by noon it is nice and warm with a little breeze. I have been looking for the right day I can start to wear my leather skirt and today was perfect. Fall will be fun with all of the new trends. Something I never really cared for when I was younger.

Call Me Bond......Jasmon Bond

You ever put on an outfit and instantly feel bad ass? Well that's me today. I was unsure of what to wear but knew I wanted to wear this skirt because I have not worn it yet and the weather is getting colder. We're in that in between stage were in the morning it's really cold but gets warm by the afternoon. Once I figured out everything to wear, you couldn't tell me nothing. I am at a stage in my life were I dress to put me in a better mood. I have said many times that what you wear can brighten up your day and I stand by it. I woke very angry due to lack of sleep but by the time I finished getting dressed I was in a better mood...Why??? Because I felt I looked like a true BOSS and very BAD ASS lol.

40 Degrees....Don't Nobody Have Time for That!!!!!!!

I did not give the ok for this cold weather so early into September. Syracuse and the rest of Central New York is notorious for this bipolar weather. It's supposed to get up to the low 60's today but Friday it's supposed to be near the 80's. That is why everyone gets sick, this weather don't know what to do. Now is the time to seriously take out those sweaters, button-ups and figure out my dress slacks selections. I'm not happy about it, but it must be done.
